If your application matches what we are looking for, we will reach out to schedule an initial phone screen. During this initial call, we will be determining cultural fit and soft skills. Keep in mind at Kepler, we firmly believe in hiring the personality and training the skill.
You have up to one week to complete the challenge question you received at the time of your first phone screen. A successful response will result in a second phone screen, concentrating on the challenge question and your technical aptitude.
We'll bring you into the Kepler office, in the heart of downtown Toronto to meet with our team. Be prepared for interviews that cover both technical and soft skills.
