Our Culture: A good cultural fit can oftentimes be more important than technical competency when building a company. The Keplerian culture is familial. Although colleagues, we will make jokes together, as well as about one another. We do family dinners, birthday lunches, and cookies at 2. If you pass the initial screen we'll automatically send you a challenge question and schedule you for a phone screen. During the call we will test your cultural fit and technical aptitude. Keep in mind at Kepler, we firmly believe in hiring the personality and teaching the skill.
